Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Global Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and support accounting functions, including multi-entity
consolidation and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage the annual external
audit
Provide strategic decision support and collaborate on financial
systems and internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
leadership
Experience as a Controller in a global context with supervisory
responsibilities
Active CPA is strongly desired
Knowledge of U.S. and international finance and accounting
regulations
