Accounts Payable Clerk ABOUT THE COMPANY For more than 75 years, they have been a leading organization and are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to their growing team! Promotional opportunities Exciting time to join the company, has gone through major growth in the last few years RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK The Accounts Payable Clerk will check and approve all vouchers for payment. Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary. Review, analyze, and balance various general ledger accounts, and general ledger coding. Answer all vendor inquiries. Prepare accounts payable checks. Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Assist in monthly closings. Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK ROLE Accounts Payable Attention to detail Strong Excel knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 6 months of relevant experience INJUL2025 ZRCFS
