Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a
Intake Clerk for one of our clients. This role requires office
experience and a solid background in customer service. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing intake and conducting
outreach activities to support client needs. This position is
located in Joliet, IL Requirements: - Valid Illinois Drivers
License (Clean driving record is a must- MVR will be required) -
Resident of Will County (Joliet, Crest Hill, Shorewood locations
preferred) - Computer skills and excellent customer service - Clear
drug test and background - Bilingual (Can read, speak & write)
English & Spanish a MUST. Responsibilities: - Must have good
computer skills (Word, Excel, Data Entry) - able to lift 30lbs
without restrictions - Previous office experience - Excellent
communication - Ability to work under pressure fast passed
environment. - Ability to work independently as well as together -
Ability to gather information about clients to determine if they
qualify for assistance - Create client records - Attention to
detail - Possess strong interpersonal skills and exemplify
excellent customer service - Self motivate & quick learner This is
a temp position Monday, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8am-4:30pm Late hours
Wednesday: Until 7:30pm 1-2 Sat per month is a must Hours: 35 hours
per week Weekly pay, $17 per hour NOTE: Please submit your most
