Be Doing as a Retail Customer Service Representative? Engage
customers directly at retail locations, events, and kiosks as their
go-to resource for all service needs. Confidently explain internet,
TV, and phone services, including billing, account status, and
promotions. Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or
escalate issues seamlessly when needed. Show customers how to
maximize their Frontier services with clear, benefit-driven
explanations. Process activations, upgrades, and changes
efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. Listen actively, set
realistic expectations, and resolve issues on the spot whenever
possible. Log every customer interaction thoroughly in the CRM for
accuracy and follow-up. Stay current on Frontier bundles to
recommend relevant service enhancements. Represent both OSER and
Frontier with professionalism in every interaction.
