Smiles Beverly is growing! We’re looking for a dedicated Treatment
Coordinator to join our long-standing team and help us continue
delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care to the Chicago
community. For over 20 years, Perfect Smiles has built strong
relationships with patients and families across the area. We offer
a supportive, family-like atmosphere, updated facilities, and

you! Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and assist with check-in
Schedule appointments and manage patient records Submit insurance
claims and verify coverage Assist patients with intake forms and
payment options Process payments and update insurance information
Maintain a clean, professional reception area Organize mail and
ensure office equipment is functioning Support treatment planning
and fill schedules Preferred Experience: Treatment planning and
insurance verification Dental office software proficiency Strong
communication and customer service skills Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM
– 7:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: OFF Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
