Is intentional and consistent at integrating faith into living
relationships Demonstrates classroom management (routine,
discipline) appropriate for grade level assigned Exhibits
organization, preparation, and transitioning in planning Provides
sufficient and clear expectations at all times Supervises student
learning activities and other supervisory duties actively and well,
during and outside of instructional time Decisions, changes, and
choices are student and God centered Respects expectations outlined
in the Parent/Student Handbook Other duties as assigned by the
administrator Reports To: Building principal Requirements:
Spiritual Requirements: Affirms Bethel’s statements of faith
Affirmance of being a born-again Christian Will serve as an example
of Christ’s love Lives according to Bethel’s biblical standards
Regular church attendance and involvement in a church that is
like-faith
