meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a full-time paraprofessional to provide classroom
support in an elementary school setting in Waukegan, IL, for the
2025-2026 school year. This role involves assisting teachers in
managing classrooms and supporting students, particularly those
with challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities: Assist with
classroom management and support instructional activities Provide
individualized student support, including one-on-one assistance
Support students during learning activities and classroom routines
Assist with toileting and personal care needs as required by
students Qualifications and Experience: Illinois Para certification
is required Experience working with elementary-aged students in
dynamic classroom environments Preferred experience with toileting
assistance Ability to effectively support students with challenging
behaviors Location and Contract Details: Position located in an
elementary school within the Waukegan, IL area Full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week Includes a 30-minute
unpaid lunch and two 15-minute unpaid breaks Contract role for the
