Job Description:
Hardesty & Hanover is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated team of professionals
dedicated to designing and planning state-of-the-art
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will contribute to the
development of electrical systems for various public work projects,
including bridges, civil structures, and transportation systems.
This role demands a deep understanding of electrical engineering
principles and a commitment to innovative, sustainable
infrastructure solutions. Design electrical components and systems
for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with national and
local codes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to
develop integrated solutions. Conduct system simulations and
analyses to validate design specifications. Manage project
documentation, including schematics and operational manuals.
Provide technical support during the construction and installation
phases. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and
meet quality standards. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or
similar electrical design software. Excellent problem-solving
skills and ability to think analytically. Strong communication and
teamwork abilities. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, and
regulations related to electrical infrastructure. 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Energy Modeling
or Sustainable Design is a plus.
