reliability, and innovation. As a Sheet Metal Installer with Metal
Design, you're eager to grow your knowledge and skills in sheet
metal work through hands-on training and mentorship. You'll will
work alongside experienced professionals, learning specific
techniques, asking questions, and observing best practices.
Training opportunities will be provided based on job requirements,
your skill level, and willingness to learn. You'll gain exposure to
a variety of job sites, product types, and mentors to ensure a
well-rounded skill set. Key Responsibilities: Install sheet metal
products including, but not limited to, panels, gutters,
downspouts, and flashing. Read and interpret blueprints and
technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Measure and cut
materials to specified dimensions. Safely operate hand and power
tools required for installation. Maintain a clean and organized
work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete
projects on schedule. Adhere to all safety guidelines and
protocols. Qualifications: Sheet Metal Installation experience is
preferred but not required. Ability to read blueprints and
understand project specifications. Strong problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Good physical condition and the ability to
work at heights. Valid driver's license preferred. Strong
commitment to workplace safety. Construction experience is a plus.
