Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director to join their
production team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director by identifying story arcs and key narrative
elements during filming
Build initial cuts from raw footage and assist in structuring rough
edits
Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure organized footage
and notes for post-production
Required Qualifications
Strong storytelling ability with an understanding of basic
storytelling frameworks
Basic editing experience using tools like Adobe Premiere or
similar
Ability to work closely with the Director and crew on set
Proactive mindset focused on improving storytelling
Previous experience in a YouTube or digital content environment is
a plus
