Engagement Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement a systemwide access strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Direct front-end operations to enhance quality, efficiency, and
patient empathy
Develop and lead a high-performing access team focused on
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
required; Master's preferred
10+ years in healthcare access or revenue cycle leadership, with 5+
years in a senior role
Proven success in access redesign and revenue cycle
optimization
Proficient with EMRs (Epic) and analytics platforms
Certifications such as CHAM, LEAN, or CRCR preferred
