Aerosphere's works with all the major OEM brands in the industry with long established relationships and offers the only E-commerce AOG check out facility available in the world around the clock 24/7 / 365 days.Job Summary:The Business Development Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a specific region, focusing on building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting business growth. This role includes a blend of customer-facing activities, team collaboration, and sales performance management.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales and Relationship Management
    • Achieve regional sales targets by developing new and existing customer relationships.
    • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and position company solutions effectively.
    • Convert and support long-term agreements with key regional customers to circumvent business and achieve healthy growth
    • Sales Strategy and Market Expansion
    • Implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region to expand market share.
    • Support initiatives to promote brand awareness, including participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
    • Team Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with the inside sales team to coordinate responses to large RFQs and lead contract negotiations as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
    • Reporting and Performance Management
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline status.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights, and discussing potential improvements.Competencies and Key Skills:
      • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management within the aviation or similar sector.
      • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
      • Solid organizational and multitasking capabilities.
      • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
      • A proactive and motivated attitude, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
      • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
        • Knowledge of KPIs relevant to sales performance
        • Ability to work independently with 70% travel for client meetings and events.
        • Experienced in presenting to C-suite levelRequired Skills:
