Job Summary: The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing
care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. This
role involves continuous monitoring, assessment, and intervention
to support life-sustaining functions. The ICU RN works as part of a
multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered
care. Qualifications: - Education:Associate or bachelor’s degree in
nursing (ADN or BSN) - Licensure:Active RN license in the state of
practice - Certifications: - Required:BLS (Basic Life Support),
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Experience: - Minimum
1-2 year of experience in ICU or critical care preferred Skills and
Competencies: - Proficient in managing ventilators, hemodynamic
monitoring, and emergency response - Strong critical thinking and
clinical judgment skills - Ability to function effectively in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Excellent communication and
teamwork skills May be asked to float to MS Telemetry ACLS, BLS
required Critical care skills required. 1-2 years' experience
