Job Description Job Description: - Employed group practice that includes General and Cardiac Anesthesiology - Shared call with excellent work-life balance - Join a collaborative team that includes 15 physicians and 30 CRNAs that provide Anesthesia coverage across our 3 regional hospitals (Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Proctor Hospital, and Carle Health Pekin Hospital) - Carle Health Methodist Hospital is a 349-bed Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked 23 in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes - Excellent benefits package:health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage - The compensation range for this position is $500,000 - $700,000 - Confirmed generous income potential with a model combining base salary, plus productivity, call, and citizenship components - Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districts - Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
