Job Description ENT opening - Moline, ILLocated in IL/IA Quad
CitiesH1b EligiblePosition Details: - Full-time, permanent -
Established ENT team of (2) Physicians, (2) APPs, (6) Clinical RNs,
and (3) CMAs - Adding additional satellite clinics in Bettendorf,
IA and Geneseo, IL consisting of (1) RN and (1) MA - Cohesive group
of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while
building the practice according to your preferences - Experienced
staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the
community - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on
EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: - Average
of 30 patients per day - 1:5 After hours call is shared, every
other weekend, very light call - triaged through nurse line -
Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the
people and communities we serve - Evaluates, interprets, and
coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations
regarding patient care - Patient-focused, friendly and willing to
collaborate in a team environment - Excellent communication
(written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications: - MD or DO - Board Eligible or Board Certified in
ENT - Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to
practice in the state of Iowa and Illinois - Hold current and
unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and
administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the
physicians field of practice - Eligible to work in the United
