Practice Overview Join a hospital-employed group with two OB/GYNs and growing midwife support Shared 1:5 call model with 24/7 laborist coverage and 30-minute response time Full-scope practice with access to MFM, Neonatology, UroGyn, and Gyn/Onc Robotic surgery available (five systems on-site); EPIC EMR Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule Low call burden with practice call only; no hospital call Strong procedural support with general and OB anesthesia available 24/7 Teaching optional through academic affiliation Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $437K-$500K plus production from day one Sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and student loan repayment available $3,500-$5,000 CME with 40-80 hours and generous PTO from day one Full benefits including 401(k) match, paid malpractice, and relocation assistance Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology MD or DO; new grads and experienced physicians encouraged to apply J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available Must be comfortable with full-scope OB and GYN care within Catholic ethical guidelines Community & Location Highlights Metro population of 400,000 with strong school systems and low cost of living Direct flights from Peoria International Airport to major hubs Rich in outdoor recreation, arts, dining, and family-friendly activities Home to two universities and multiple cultural attractions within a short drive Let's explore together how this opportunity could shape the next chapter of your career and life.
