Pediatric ENT Locums in Illinois - 10 Shifts a Month, Long-Term Option Join a pediatric ENT team in Illinois starting January 2026; flexible 10-shift monthly blocks with a mix of OR, clinic, and call. Highlights 10 shifts/month; block scheduling available Long-term contract potential Licensing costs reimbursed Credentialing in 90 days Practice Setting Level I trauma center Pediatric-only population Team includes 2 pediatric ENT surgeons and 2 PAs EPIC EMR Schedule OR: 7:30 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-5 PM Clinic: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM 12-hour call shifts with 30-min response time Flexible weekday and weekend mix Cases and Procedures Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myringotomy with tubes Frenulectomy, laryngoscopy, abscess drainage Foreign body removal, myringoplasty, septum cauterization Requirements Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology Active or eligible for Illinois license (site will reimburse) ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and CSR required Travel Accommodations Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage fully covered Licensing support is available; reach out now to lock in your shifts before schedules fill.
