How you'll contribute - Performs and documents initial and ongoing
assessments of patient's condition. - Designs and implements a plan
of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves
the patient and family. - Educates and counsels patients and
families regarding treatment plans and progress. - Plans and/or
assists with patient discharge from therapy services. - Supervises
activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support

Culture Qualifications and requirements: - A Bachelor's and
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication
Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or similarly titled area that
is consistent and acceptable to the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association. - Possess or eligible for a
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to
participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY). - Licensed or
eligible for licensure in state. - Current Basic Life Support
Department/Unit Summary - We have a fantastic team that works
closely with our two physiatrists, ensuring seamless and
comprehensive patient care. - Our large group of Clinical Liaisons
provides essential support to help patients get up and running. -
Our PCA program is a major selling point for candidates, offering
support for licensure costs and job-related requirements. - Our
rehab unit is CARF accredited, and our hospital holds comprehensive
stroke accreditation through DNV, allowing us to handle a wide
