be considered. A registered nurse with stepdown unit experience is
needed to provide critical care and support to patients in a
dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position is based in
Moline, IL, offering an opportunity to apply clinical expertise
within an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional
patient care. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring
patient conditions in the stepdown unit, collaborating with medical
professionals to develop and implement care plans, and responding
effectively to changes in patient status. The role requires
flexibility as you may be asked to float across local campuses
within the same discipline. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active RN license with stepdown unit experience Proficiency with
EMR systems, ideally Cerner Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Strong clinical
assessment and critical thinking skills Willingness to float within
the same discipline across nearby campuses Schedule & Hours: Night
shift schedules available (typically 16-hour blocks) Opportunities
for overtime and holiday shifts with premium pay On-call and charge
nurse responsibilities compensated at additional rates Location
