registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years CVOR RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Cardiovascular
Operating Room (CVOR) settings or First Assist experience to
support dynamic surgical teams in Dekalb, IL. This contract
position requires proficiency in delivering high-level care within
the operating room, particularly in collaboration with anesthesia
and perfusion teams, utilizing critical skills such as IV drips and
arterial line management. Key Qualifications and Experience: -
Valid Illinois RN license - Extensive CVOR or RN-OR with First
Assist experience - BLS and ACLS certification required - RN First
Assistant (RNFA) or Certified RN First Assistant (CRNFA) credential
preferred - Comfort and proficiency supporting anesthesia and
perfusion team responsibilities, including IV drips and arterial
line insertion/monitoring - Ability to work within a 50-mile radius

Provide expert perioperative nursing care in cardiovascular
surgical cases - Assist surgical teams with First Assist duties and
intraoperative patient management - Maintain clear communication
with anesthesia and perfusion professionals - Monitor patient
vitals and manage IV drips and arterial lines during procedures -
Adhere to all safety and protocol guidelines to ensure patient and
staff wellbeing This is a contract role providing the chance to
