of the process. Your Role as a Case Manager: As a Case Manager, you
will play a critical role in supporting children in foster care and
their families. Your responsibilities will include: Providing case
management services to children in foster care and their families.
Assessing the needs of children and families to develop
individualized service plans. Connecting children and families with
community resources and support systems. Building collaborative
relationships with service providers and community partners.
Monitoring family progress and adjusting plans to ensure positive
outcomes. Advocating for childrens best interests, including
providing testimony in Juvenile Court. Other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For: We seek dedicated professionals who are
committed to making a difference. Ideal candidates will have: A
Bachelors degree in a social service-related field (Masters degree
preferred). Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) certification
(required). Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with children and families in a social services
setting. A valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable
