Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 30 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel We are seeking a qualified Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 14-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting. This position is covering a vacancy and offers a consistent weekday schedule. The caseload consists primarily of LTC/SNF patients, with some adult psychiatric patients. /n Assignment Details /n /n - /n Contract Length: 14 weeks /n /n - /n Schedule: Monday–Friday /n /n - /n Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM /n /n /n Responsibilities /n /n - /n Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders /n /n - /n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans /n /n - /n Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner /n /n - /n Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and therapy teams /n /n - /n Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and progress /n /n - /n Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards /n /n /n Patient Population /n /n - /n Primarily Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) /n /n - /n Some adult behavioral health / psychiatric patients /n /n /n Requirements /n /n - /n Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license /n /n - /n SNF/LTC experience preferred /n /n - /n Experience with adult behavioral health a plus /n /n - /n Ability to meet all compliance and credentialing requirements /n /n - /n Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills /n /n /n This travel assignment is ideal for SLPs seeking a stable Monday–Friday schedule and experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
