In this role, you will be crucial in aiding our diverse patient population achieve optimal functional outcomes. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans Assist patients with physical, mental, and environmental obstacles Monitor patient progress and make treatment adjustments Educate patients and families about therapy processes and home exercises Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor interventions Maintain accurate patient records and therapy data for assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in patient evaluation and occupational therapy techniques Ability to handle a variety of caseloads and adapt interventions Excellent time management and organizational skills Capability to engage and motivate patients through treatment plans Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Occupational Therapist license CPR certified Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred
