MercyOne Genesis is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join
our expanding orthopedic team. This is an exciting opportunity to
be a foundational member of a new and rapidly growing orthopedic
practicewith the ability to design, develop, and elevate a
comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from day one. We are
looking for a fellowship-trained surgeon passionate about the full
spectrum of hand and upper extremity care, including complex
fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, microsurgery, arthritis care,
and elective procedures. With strong institutional support,
dedicated OR access, and robust APP coverage, youll have the
resources you need to build a thriving, high-demand practice. Why

expanding practice, youll have the autonomy to build and refine a
best-in-class hand surgery program. High-volume potential. With a
large catchment area and strong referral streams, youll step into
immediate surgical and clinical demand across hand, wrist, forearm,

emergency medicine, primary care, anesthesia, hospitalists, and

* Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production beginning
at 10,650 wRVUs * Straight production model beginning year 3 *
