managing the care of a predominately Geriatric population with over
50 offices. The group's focus is on outcomes, not on volume of
patients.Key Characteristics of a the Practice:Physician run
organization with peer collaborationNew patients are scheduled at
40 minute intervals and follow ups are 20 minutesOn average the
daily schedule is less than 20 patients per dayBalanced work life;
Clinic Hours 7:30 5 Monday FridayPractice Call Phone call only 1:8
or lessExclusive focus on complex senior patientsSmall panel size
