We're seeking someone who takes pride in great service, timely deliveries, and being an essential part of our daily service operations. Location: Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday What We Offer 401K with company match Major medical Dental Vision Voluntary Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, and more) Life Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase discounts Flexible work schedule Career advancement Parts Driver Responsibilities Organize schedule of deliveries Maintain cleanliness and ensure delivery truck is operable Perform safe pick-up and deliveries Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager Perform all other duties as assigned Parts Driver Qualifications Previous parts and/or parts driving experience is preferred Knowledge of dealership operations Willingness to learn and eager to grow within the company High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Valid driver's license and clean driving record Parts Driver: $15 - $17 per hour Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts We are looking for qualified, quality people who are ready to start their career within our family.
