Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Case Manager to
assist in managing cases from intake to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to
settlement
Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and
attorneys to gather case updates and documentation
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case
summaries
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law
or a related legal field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers'
Compensation procedures
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management
software
