retirement plan PTO Job Details Position Overview We are seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day
human resources operations. This role will serve as a key partner
across payroll, employee administration, recruiting coordination,
and HR systems management. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
comfortable handling multiple priorities, and enjoys supporting
both employees and leadership in a growing organization. This
position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations,
compliance, and a positive employee experience. Key
Responsibilities Payroll & HR Administration Process and support
bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Administer employee changes including new hires, terminations,
promotions, and compensation updates. Maintain accurate employee
records and documentation in the HRIS. Support benefits
administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries as needed. HRIS
& Systems Management Serve as the primary administrator for
Rippling, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data
management, and system troubleshooting. Ensure data integrity
across HR systems and generate standard HR reports as needed.
Partner with Finance and leadership to support audits and payroll
reconciliation. Recruiting & Interview Coordination Coordinate
interviews across hiring managers and candidates, including
scheduling, logistics, and communication. Support job posting
administration and candidate tracking. Assist with onboarding
activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience. General HR
Support Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related
questions and requests. Support compliance with federal, state, and
local employment laws. Assist with employee relations matters,
documentation, and policy administration. Provide general
administrative support to the HR function as needed. Qualifications
Required 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR
Administrator role. Hands-on experience supporting payroll
processing. Experience administering an HRIS; Rippling experience
strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
with discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience coordinating interviews and supporting
recruiting processes. Familiarity with multi-state payroll and
employment compliance. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus but
