Product Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee backend product feature development and maintain production
services for robustness and scalability
Mentor software engineers and manage project execution using agile
methodologies
Ensure high-quality coding standards and collaborate on security
and compliance issues
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering
5+ years of experience on Product Engineering teams
3+ years of experience in leading architecture and design of
systems
3+ years of experience in developing financial platforms,
preferably with ledger technology
Track record of delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production
software systems
