About the Role Client is seeking a junior associate (2–3 years of experience) to join our dynamic, national Intellectual Property (IP) group as an IP Litigation attorney. This role is focused on the Milwaukee, Madison, and Denver offices. While we list Washington, D.C., the search for that location will open later. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, trade secret, and other IP litigation matters, collaborating with top attorneys across the firm’s national practice. Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field (preferred but not required) Strong academic record Exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills Key Responsibilities: Conduct early case assessments, including accused product and prior art analysis Draft invalidity and infringement claim charts and assist with contentions Prepare pleadings, motions, and handle related meet-and-confers Manage written discovery and collaborate with e-discovery vendors Oversee complex discovery processes and negotiations Draft claim construction briefs and hearing materials Work with experts on reports and testimony Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits Why Join our Client ?
