organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a
Warehouse Data Inventory Specialist (Contract) to join their team.
As a Warehouse Data Inventory Specialist (Contract), you will be
part of the logistics support team, contributing to operational
excellence and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective
communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Data Inventory Specialist (Contract) Location:
Glendale, WI Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday
What's the Job? Collect, validate, and maintain warehouse data,
including inventory levels, inbound/outbound shipments, and cycle
counts. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends,
discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with
warehouse operations, distribution, and supply chain teams to
ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve
efficiency and reduce costs. Assist in implementing and maintaining
warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies. What's
Needed? Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,
Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong
proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
principles. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
skills. Ability to communicate effectively across teams and adapt
