Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Designer II to lead design
efforts for critical components of their software suite.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver intuitive features that enhance user experience
for providers and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design solutions
and identify key problems to solve
Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve team
efficiency and consistency
Required Qualifications
Experience in leading end-to-end UX design for complex tools
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes through
design
Strong alignment with values of simplicity and user advocacy
Proven collaborative approach with product managers and
engineers
Ability to synthesize user feedback to inform design decisions
