Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor.
Key Responsibilities

Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance

Required Qualifications

Must be licensed and based in the state of Connecticut
Experience with real estate contracts within Connecticut
Ability to utilize provided tools, technology, and communication methods
Familiarity with transaction management systems
Experience in supporting compliance efforts with broker teams
