Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant
specializing in Cell & Gene Therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical pre-sales support and develop a deep
understanding of customer requirements
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage
customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with marketing and
product teams to enhance sales strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial
Design/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced
degrees preferred
7+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles,
with a proven sales track record
5+ years of experience in healthcare and life sciences,
particularly in Cell and Gene therapies
Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies
such as SaaS architectures and cloud platforms
Experience with prototyping tools and creating visual demo
assets
