The individual will lead project teams and serve as an individual contributor, spearheading proposals, ensuring quality in team delivery, providing thought leadership, maintaining team utilization, and growing our TruQua BlackLine practice. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of BlackLine Finance Transformation product modules, business processes, navigation, configuration, and integration with other modules. Additionally, this role involves advising client executives on the strategic benefits of BlackLine as part of broader Finance Transformation initiatives.Sales and DeliveryYou will support sales efforts at key accounts by assisting with scoping, solutioning, program planning, and driving RFPs related to BlackLine and Finance Transformation. This includes writing proposals, shaping solutions, and presenting at client Orals. You will also support delivery teams as a techno-functional SME for ongoing BlackLine programs and assist in planning new initiatives.The BlackLine Finance Transformation Lead should bring professional leadership experience, especially in businesses where service quality and customer responsiveness are critical. The role leverages hands-on experience to grow our TruQua BlackLine practice.This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven track record managing complex BlackLine or Finance Transformation projects, particularly with the latest tools and technologies in SAP or BlackLine.
• Product expertise and hands-on experience with BlackLine modules such as Recs, Tasks, Matching, Journals, and Reporting.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP, FI-CO, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Demonstrated leadership, client management, and delivery skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication in English, and strong listening skills.Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with BlackLine modules like Smart Close, Intercompany Hub, Variance, and Compliance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BlackLine complementary tools such as SAP products, HFM, Adaptive, Host, and Tableau.
