Compensation and Additional Benefits: Annual salary W2-$585k /1099-$625k A strong commencement bonus of up to $100k is offered. 1099 option available. Generous scheduled time off -13 weeks a year. Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 27 CRNAs at The Research Medical Center. Supervised and direct care. Serving patients in the 150-mile region surrounding Kansas City, the Research Medical Center offers abundant services and access to the most advanced technology. Scheduling: (7) 24-hr shifts per month; equitable rotation among a team of 4 MDs 24-hour schedule provides extended time off and flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities: Manage level I trauma patients, transplants, neuro, orthopedic, cath lab, burns, and general. Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
