What You’ll Do as a Business Management Trainee: Develop key business strategies to drive business expansion and sales growth Assist in the execution of sales campaigns while identifying new opportunities for business development Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Work closely with the team to achieve and surpass sales targets and growth goals Analyze market trends and customer data to help refine business strategies and increase profitability Support the manager in overseeing business development projects and ensuring their smooth execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business processes
