This position combines strong infrastructure, an efficient care model, and a clear path to long-term earnings and ownership—ideal for physicians seeking both stability and upside. Opportunity Highlights Join a leading GI team with 30 Gastroenterologists 5 APPs Multiple openings in desirable suburban locations including Naperville and Warrenville Pod-based model with call taken at the same site where you practice 1:9 call schedule Two-year income guarantee with transition to productivity after Year 2 Shareholder eligibility at the end of Year 2 with strong correlation between productivity and ownership Typical physician earnings ~$700K , with high performers earning up to $1M Additional Support Comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, disability, life insurance) Internal loan assistance program: $25,000/year for 4 years Ideal Candidate Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterologist Interested in joining a high-volume, collaborative group with a long-term growth path Why Join Us?
