Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart building
technologies, is seeking a dynamic HVAC Smart Building Sales
Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the
sales of cutting-edge HVAC solutions to improve building
efficiency, sustainability, and security. The ideal candidate will
leverage their knowledge of HVAC systems and market trends to
develop strategic relationships and tailor solutions for clients,
aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the smart
building and HVAC markets. Consult with clients to assess their
needs and propose customized solutions that enhance building
performance and sustainability. Manage the entire sales cycle from
prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations. Maintain a
deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and
product developments. Meet or exceed annual sales targets and
contribute to the overall profitability of the company. Prepare
detailed sales reports and forecasts for management to review.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed
solutions meet client specifications and industry standards. Proven
sales experience in HVAC or related industry Strong understanding
of HVAC systems and smart building technologies Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to
develop strong, lasting customer relationships Proficiency in CRM
software and MS Office Capability to manage complex sales cycles
and multiple projects simultaneously Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified HVAC Professional Sales
Management Certification preferred
