Job Description:

is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in
developing new business opportunities and enhancing our existing
client relationships. In this role, you will be pivotal in
upholding our reputation for exceptional service and quality,
custom-tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across
various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust
understanding of sales dynamics, a strong ability to manage and
motivate teams, and a proven track record of driving sales growth
in a competitive market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans
to achieve corporate goals. Lead, train, and motivate sales teams
to exceed sales targets. Foster strong relationships with new and
existing clients to ensure their long-term business. Conduct market
analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold
calling, networking, and social media. Set individual sales targets
with sales team and monitor team's performance and report on
metrics. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and
manage and oversee large contract negotiations. Prepare monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Proven ability to plan and
execute sales strategies. Strong leadership skills and the ability
to motivate sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
with excellent organization. Strong business sense and industry
