and elementary-aged children during their out-of-school hours,
right on school premises. Whether collaborating with school
administrators to implement our programs or inspiring students to

fostering a love for learning. As a Camp Director, your
responsibilities will include: Recruiting, leading, training, and
supervising a team of counselors to craft unique and engaging camp
experiences, while nurturing and developing top-notch counselors
into passionate and dedicated professionals. Overseeing the
business portfolio and making strategic decisions to enhance
revenue and retain families. Ensuring the camp operates smoothly,
maintains high-quality programs through effective resource
utilization, and upholds a strong commitment to health and safety
for all campers and staff. Encouraging a deep appreciation for
outdoor activities and fostering an awareness of nature.
Collaborating with parents who share a commitment to providing the
best care and experiences for their children. Building positive
relationships with families, counselors, state licensing
authorities, community contacts, and client partners. Leading
recruitment and enrollment initiatives for new families and
children by organizing hiring and enrollment events. Qualifications
and Preferred Skills: At least one year of experience in a summer
camp setting as a leader, with the ability to recruit, develop,
engage, and motivate a team. A genuine love for children and a
strong desire to create fun and engaging environments. Exceptional
customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the
capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Capability to
communicate creative content to families regarding daily
activities. Experience in budget management and financial
accountability, with a preference for revenue generation
experience. Ability to establish strong and lasting relationships
with client partners, with potential daily interactions.
Self-reliant and resourceful, able to navigate challenges with
minimal guidance. Strong skills in conflict resolution,
communication, and problem-solving. Comfortable in or around water
and knowledgeable about water safety practices. Must comply with
state licensing requirements. Salary range: $55,300.00 - $75,000.00
