for a Social Worker specializing in school settings to provide
essential support at a high school from April 1 through May 26,
2026. Located in Round Lake, IL, this contract position involves
working onsite five days a week to serve the social-emotional and
behavioral needs of high school students. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of high school students, providing counseling,
crisis intervention, and resource coordination Collaborate with
educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized
support plans Facilitate referrals to community resources and
mental health services as needed Maintain accurate documentation in
compliance with school and district policies Support the overall
school climate by promoting student well-being and positive
behavior Qualifications: Possession of a Professional Educator
License (PEL) with approval for Social Work in schools Degree in
Social Work and relevant licensure documentation Experience working
as a School Social Worker in a high school environment Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with
students, staff, and families Ability to work onsite full-time with
flexibility to meet student needs Location: Round Lake High School,
Round Lake, IL This position offers an important role in supporting
students during their critical developmental years in a structured
school setting. Prospective candidates must provide a completed
